Any complaints regarding product quality must be made within 24 hours of delivery. To raise a complaint, please contact +918848559165. If the issue is valid and verified by our team, the item will be replaced accordingly.
We do not issue refunds once an order is processed and the product is delivered. However, we understand that exceptional cases may arise. In such situations, we will consider refunds under the following conditions:
A. Non-delivery of the product:
If you have placed a prepaid order and we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, the
full amount will be refunded.
All products are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. In the rare event of damage or a manufacturing defect, please report the issue to our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery. If the complaint is found to be genuine, we will arrange a replacement.
If the delivered product does not match the description on our website, please notify our Quality Support Team within 12 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence is required. Upon verification, a refund will be initiated within 72 hours.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer. If cancellation is required due to a valid reason and payment was made online, the refund (if approved) will be processed to your bank account within 72 hours.
